Dean, one of the founders and innovators of Pro-Pipe, began operation of Pro-Pipe in Arizona in 1992. Thanks in part to Dean’s strategic growth initiatives, the Pro-Pipe Division of Hoffman Southwest is now doing business throughout the Western United States and beyond. Dean has extensive experience in managing small to large size pipe cleaning and video inspection of sewer lines, storm drains, dry wells, irrigation lines and catch basins. He has a wide knowledge of water treatment plants, city job site requirements and safety/training.

team-nickNICK LANOUE | OPERATIONS MANAGER
Nick started working with Hoffman Southwest Corp. in 2010, quickly rising to an operations management position as a Superintendent, and he currently manages all Tucson based operations. Nick has extensive experience in managing small to large size wastewater pipeline rehabilitation, cleaning and inspections of sewer lines, storm drains, dry wells, irrigation lines and catch basins, using CCTV, sonar and laser technologies. He has a wide knowledge of potable water, sewer, storm drain systems, treatment plants, job site requirements and safety/training. Nick is well trained for quick and accurate pipe-condition assessment and implementing decisive action, and he currently oversees seven field crews.

JASON WALBORN | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Jason Walborn has more than 23 years’ experience in infrastructure development and renewal, and is currently engaged with over 700 governmental entities with infrastructure rehabilitation programs. Jason integrates his knowledge on data management and prioritization to help owners to get the most mileage for their dollar in utility renewal. Jason’s career started in the mid 90’s in civil infrastructure, supporting utility development and in 2011 Jason joined Pro-Pipe to manage the company’s business development strategy while supporting public safety and improving utility rehabilitation. Jason is a member of NASSCO, PACP/MACP/LACP certified, and is the Co-chair for the NASSCO Lateral Committee.

team-kenKEN BUNES | BRANCH MANAGER – NORTHERN ARIZONA AND NEW MEXICO
Ken started working with Hoffman Southwest Corp. in 2003, managing large plumbing projects and service contracts. Ken has managed Pro-Pipe branches in Utah and Arizona and currently oversees millions of dollars in annual revenue for municipal pipeline condition assessment and rehabilitation projects as well as his Branch’s day-to-day operations. Ken has extensive experience in managing small to large size pipe rehabilitation, cleaning and inspections of sewer lines, storm drains, dry wells, irrigation lines and catch basins, using CCTV, sonar and laser technologies. He has a wide knowledge of potable water, sewer, storm drain systems, treatment plants, job site requirements and safety/training.

Rusty started working with Hoffman Southwest Corp. in 2008, quickly rising to an operations management position as a Superintendent, and currently manages all Oregon and Washington based operations. Rusty has extensive experience in managing small to large size wastewater pipeline rehabilitation, cleaning and inspections of sewer lines, storm drains, dry wells, irrigation lines and catch basins, using CCTV, sonar and laser technologies. He has a wide knowledge of potable water, sewer, storm drain systems, treatment plants, job site requirements and safety/training. Rusty is well trained for quick and accurate pipe-condition assessment and implementing decisive action.

Steve started working with Hoffman Southwest Corp. in 1993, managing large plumbing projects and service contracts. Steve became manager of Pro-Pipe’s California Branch in 2006 and currently oversees many County and City contracts, as well as the Branch’s day-to-day operations. He has a wide knowledge of potable water, sewer, storm drain systems, treatment plants, job site requirements and safety/training.

team-thomasTHOMAS ROMERO | BRANCH MANAGER – NEVADA
Thomas Romero has 13 years’ experience in wastewater pipeline assessment and cleaning. Thomas has built the Nevada Branch for Pro-Pipe to a self-supportive status, serving as the manager for the last five years.   Thomas has been effective in reorganizing, streamlining and strengthening operations to maximize performance in a highly competitive market.   Thomas is currently managing several County and City projects which have exceeded over a million feet per year of cleaning and CCTV wastewater pipe assessment inspection over the last four years. Thomas is responsible for maintaining all daily operations and has extensive experience using Granite XP Pipelogix, and GIS integration for CCTV inspection, sonar, laser technologies as well as bypass pumping, root and grease removal, dewatering and remote obstruction removal. Thomas played a vital role in defining the procedure for pre-inspection GIS integration where inspections are launched from on-board GIS.

team-parrishPARRISH TOPPS | BRANCH MANAGER – UTAH, COLORADO, IDAHO, MONTANA AND WYOMING
Parrish started working in the industry with Roto-Rooter in 1986. In 2008, Parrish joined Pro-Pipe as a Production Supervisor in Utah. During his years with Pro Pipe, Parrish has advanced into the role of Branch Manager. He currently oversees day-to-day operations of all aspects of the business, including customer relations. Parrish has extensive experience in managing small and large size pipe cleaning projects. His field of expertise includes inspecting sewer lines, storm drains, dry wells, irrigation lines and catch basins using CCTV. He has a wide knowledge of potable water, sewer, storm drain systems, treatment plants, job site requirements and safety/training.
